Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty will be given by Company (Brand) only. Standard warranty of the product is described under warranty card of the product purchased by customer. 2. In case of additional warranty (warranty starts after expiry of standard warranty), service charges will be charged by company's (brand) authorized service center or service personnel and only customer has to bear & pay the same. 3. When paying charges, we request our customer to take an invoice of charges paid to service center or service personnel. 4. For complete warranty details, please refer to warranty card of the product purchased. 5. Customers are requested to provide details for additional warranty registration at the time for registering call to call center executive for initial installation or demonstration to brand's call center. 6. In case of technical problems in product, customers are requested first to register the complaint to call center. Please do not directly make a call to any earlier visited service personnel for repairs. If customer does so, it will be on his/her own risk. 7. There will be no warranty in case of mis-handling, breakage, tampering of product information (model number, serial number etc.) stickers on product.
